Çok güzel otel tertemiz. Güvenli. Personel güleryüzlü. Otopark mevcut.
Otele ilk vardığımızda dışarda vale hemen ilgilenip arabamızı park ettti, karşılama görevlisi Yusuf bey odamıza kadar eşlik edip otel hakkında bilgilendirme yaptı. Odamız temiz ve rahattı. Odalar ses geçirmez yapılmış ama kapılar unutulmuş. Sabahları koridordan temizlik personellerinin sesi odanın içindeymiş gibi geliyordu. Kahvaltı almadık o yüzden iyi ya da kötü yorum yapmayacağım. Havuzu kullandık güzeldi temizdi.
Oldukca keyifli cozum odakli konforlu ve temiz bir oteldi. Ailecek tercih edilebilecek bir otel. Teşekkür ederiz

Toiletries are not replenished on time, sometimes empty boxes are put without them. Vacuum cleaning is rare. Some double-glazed windows are broken and do not close tightly, noise from the ventilation unit opposite the hotel windows.
Mükemmel bir konaklamaydı, Yalçın bey resepsiyonda bize çok yardımcı oldu. Her şey çok yeni ve temiz, ayrıca masaj ve sauna hizmetlerinden de ekstra memnun kaldık. Gaziantep’e tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle burada kalmayı düşünüyoruz.
