La ubicación es perfecta, al lado de la casa de los esclavos. Hermosa vista al mar. Maru Ramos muy amable. El desayuno muy rico y abundante. El precio es barato, y el desayuno lo vale casi por si solo.
El edificio es antiguo (era el lugar donde vivían las alumnas del internado Mariana Ma). Más allá de su valor histórico está en malas condiciones para el funcionamiento actual. Tiene potencial de ser un gran hotel a futuro, pero hoy no tiene agua caliente, el baño común no tiene agua en el lavatorio y el inodoro no funciona bien. No hay personal fijo en forma continua y por la noche necesitamos una manta y no teníamos a quien pedirle. Nosotros nos arreglamos bien, pero la comodidad es bastante rústica. No hay wifi.
