GBThis cottage is perfectly located for the town centre. It is very well equipped and it is obvious that a lot of thought has gone into the design & layout. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The stairs are quite steep and would prove difficult for someone with poor mobility. We only stayed two nights but if we return to Henley, I would have no hesitation in booking this cottage again.

GBThe bottom lock was stiff and difficult to open. Whilst it locks easily it was then hard to unlock. A few cobwebs were noted. We didn't realise where the second shower was until the last day and assumed the particulars were wrong! Perhaps a note in the bedroom or bathroom would help.
NZThis is a quirky three storey cottage, with the kitchen and dining room on the ground floor, living room on the next floor and then surprisingly two double rooms and two bathrooms upstairs! There is a second bathroom with a walk in shower that is in the laundry room and accessed off the balcony. The smaller bedroom had a double bed (130cm wide) which was fine for one person, but the bigger bedroom had a much bigger bed, possibly 160cm wide. Nice views of town across the rooftops from the bedroom. The windows are all double glazed so it was quiet. Most things were very well supplied, especially in the kitchen, which had cooking oil, teas and coffees, all the utensils etc. Very beautifully decorated, and with a huge TV in the living room. We were able to park the car right outside the cottage on the road, certainly every night, sometimes when we returned during the day we had to park further up Greys Road and go fetch the car later in the evening. We certainly had a lovely stay there, and it was great being so close to the centre of Henley.
We found the beds firm and the pillows quite full. I would recommend the host provide extra softer pillows and additional bedspreads/coverlets in the cupboards. The stairs are narrow on the top floor, so only smaller suitcases will fit up there. I had to park my oversize suitcase in a corner in the lounge room but that was fine.
