"Cordial staff with deteriorating service."

Staff was cordial and welcoming.

Shocks experienced after check in:- 1. Buffet was stopped due to low occupancy. 2. Room initially allotted was pathetic, outdated furniture, Crack in washbasin, shabby mirror, though on request staff allotted new Room but didnt updated the key and for every entry staff helped me through master key to get entry. 3 TV was not working, and on request rectified the problem. 4 No toiletries. 5. Water in the packed bottles kept in the room was stinking. All an all above episodes, ruined my stay and was very very disappointed and feel like my money went in vain.
