Spacious and clean. Private

The only thing would have been notified of the cleaner coming daily. Maybe same time daily so everyone is aware . Lady was lovely but a message to say half an hour your Villa willl be cleaning . Would make it better

Location was good.

The property had the potential for a much higher rating, but the level of service was disappointing. Housekeeping did not replace the bed sheets and towels daily, which significantly impacted our experience (having to pay extra to get them changed everyday was unacceptable!). Additionally, bottled water and toiletries were not consistently provided. The air conditioning in the room was also subpar, taking far too long to cool the space.

Good Villa and location

The villa itself was nice and in a good location. However, we were disappointed with the host’s attitude. Despite staying for 9 days and offering to pay for a late check-out, we were told new guests were arriving and the cleaner came at 11:30am, rushing us out even though we had agreed on a 12pm check-out. The host was not very welcoming or hospitable, which left a bad impression.

The location is amazing. Tucked off a main street with easy access to lots of cafes, restaurants and the Bintang supermarket! But it’s also super quiet. Great layout with very spacious bedrooms and a huge couch and dining table. The villa is very clean and luxurious. The aircon in the bedrooms were awesome. We didn’t get her name, and only saw her once on arrival when dropping our bags, but there was a lovely French lady who was so welcoming and gave us such a nice tour with lots of good recommendations- thank you!

The beds were awfully uncomfortable! The staff we encountered weren’t overly friendly or helpful (minus the first lady we met) but still pleasant! We didn’t really see our housekeeper- this was different to other villas where they checked in every day and were very supportive. It’s worth knowing all 4 bathrooms are outdoors too, but they are really great!
