Location. It was a beautiful bedroom and the terrace and balcony were spectacular. We couldn’t fault it.

Отдыхали семьёй в доме А. Заселение понятное и быстрое. Дом просто превосходный. Квартира сделана со вкусом. Мы были семьёй, муж и я и 3 взрослых детей.Две комнаты в разных частях дома и одна на втором этаже в общей комнате. Большая терраса с прекрасным видом. Красивая посуда. Москитные сетки, две прекрасные ванны и два туалета. Удобные матрасы. Кондиционер в зале. Хорошее белье и чистота. До пляжа 6-7 мин. Недалеко маленький магазинчик 4-5 мин. Остановка автобуса тоже рядом. А запах трав и хвои великолепен!!!!!

Самой главной проблемой для меня был шум дороги. Она вроде и не близко, но звук машин и мотоциклов мешал спать с открытым окном. Когда окны закрыты, то в спальнях душно и вентилятор не спасает. Конечно для трёх дней, это не было для нас большой проблемой, но если бы можно было решить эту проблему, то отдых был бы на все 10 баллов.

Our visit to Pine Home Apartment in Skiathos offered a lovely experience in many ways, and we feel it has wonderful potential with a few thoughtful updates. The terrace is an absolute delight, offering a beautiful spot to unwind in the evenings. We particularly enjoyed the fantastic garden view, which surprisingly also included a lovely glimpse of the sea – even better than advertised! The bed was comfortable, too, which we appreciated. It's also very convenient that the apartment provides cutlery, dishes, and a small kitchen, giving guests the option to prepare light meals. One feature we particularly appreciated in the apartment was the proper shower. It was a solid, well-enclosed unit, not one of those with flimsy curtains that often stick to you or let water spill everywhere...finding a good, functional shower like this can sometimes be a challenge in Greece :) The location is excellent for exploring. You're just a short walk from Troulos beach, with its selection of restaurants and a market. A huge convenience is Bus Stop 20, just 5 minutes on foot, making it incredibly easy to reach other beautiful beaches, Skiathos Town, or even the airport. While the apartment is situated on the main road, meaning it's a bit loud, we still found the overall atmosphere enjoyable. Just a small note for walkers: the path up to the apartment at night is on a steep hill and unlit.

One area where we hope to see future enhancements is the climate control. While air conditioning was expected based on the advertisement, we found only a dehumidifier in the apartment. During the 35/40°C summer heat, this wasn't quite enough to keep the space as cool as we'd hoped, making some nights a little challenging for comfortable sleep, especially for three people sharing one fan. We believe more robust cooling would significantly improve guest comfort. Another aspect that could be refined is the on-site support and communication. Our initial check-in request was for a location 11km away in Skiathos Town. We truly appreciated that when we explained this wasn't feasible without a car, the team was understanding and did kindly meet us at the apartment instead. However, throughout our week-long stay, there wasn't a dedicated person on-site for immediate questions, and we didn't receive any check-ins to ensure everything was going smoothly. We also noted that cleaning occurred only twice during our week, this is definitely not enough. ...and a dirty rug remained in place; more frequent attention to these details would be a welcome addition.

Lovely little appartment (appt B for two people) with character, has everything you need and is in a good location for Troulos beach. Bed was comfy, bedroom has its own balcony with small sea view (from bed!) and a cloths drier. Ceiling fan and aircon in the bedroom were really needed in this super hot June weather. Your enterance is from the top steep road onto another good size terrace again with a small sea view, but this was lovely and shaded in the morning and late afternoon. Small living area we didn't really use, kitchen is small but has everything needed, used the hob to make coffee, kettle for tea and the little fridge/freezer was great. Fairly standard greek bathroom, you do need to flick on the '0' switches in the fuse box to turn on the immersion heater for hot water but this worked great. To walk to the bus stop '20' is only 5 minutes (Gyros & mini mart are right there too), to the beach about 10-15 mins, tavernas it varies 10-30 mins. The bus was easy to use, 2€ to Koukounaries (stop 22 or 26) or the walk over to the other wilder beaches from stop 23. 3€ to Skiathos town.

Nothing really, only minor things. The walk is steep but short and helps keep you fit. There are some aging fixtures and fittings. I wished the shutters had clips for holding them when open as they blow in the wind sometimes.

everything, perfect location, lovely house, friendly staff

Very nice accommodation, with a beautiful view to the sea, cozy and clean, in a green and quiet area. Great location, close to the beach and some good restaurants. Friendly staff. We hope to come back soon, cause there's a lot to do and see (water sports, hiking, all those wild beaches from the north of the island)

Spacious authentic apartment with large balcony and great views of the area, surrounded by lush greenery and pines. Communication was very nice and friendly (with both - guys at reservation and also lady at the premises). Beach next to accommodation is ok, nothing special, but it's an easy commute (public or rental) to any other place on the island.

For me there was only one disadvantage - the house overlooks the main island rode (it's not next to it, but because it's up the hill, there's nothing to stop road sounds from getting to the house and those ATVs on the road are noisy as hell :) At night it's nice and quiet, cause no one's really using the road, but during the day-evening it's pretty noisy.

The area and the fact it had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Close to the beach.

the carpet seemed to be stained, the bathrooms/showers were old, but looking clean. The big minus: no A/C and a lot of moskitos. And because of the missing A/C we wanted to leave during the night the windows open, to have some fresh air but unfortunately they were too many moskitos outside and the windows did not have any mosquito netting thus we had to close the windows to avoid the mosquitos.
