New Chill

The flat is fully refurbished and the furniture and appliances are new. It's also nicely decorated and offers a good homely stay in Lisbon. It's conveniently located near the underground Arroios and in the area you'll find both supermarkets and smaller shops as well as restaurants/cafes. One of them is Cafe Flagrante just opposite the townhouse where flats are located. This is where you collect your keys from and do the check-in and check-out as well. The ladies there are friendly and helpful. The flat is clean and offers a good value for money - I enjoyed staying there during my trip to Lisboa :)

On my 4th day I asked the cleaning lady if she could change my towels as I was staying there 2 more nights and they felt a bit unfresh. To my surprise, she refused :/ Well, I didn't expect that to be an issue but well..I managed ;) So if you're spending more time there, it might be a good idea to take your own towel ;)

It's a good combination for quality/price. The room does not have windows, but the flat was really clean. Neighborhood was nice, they had local portuguese cafe just outside the flat.

The flat is really small. There is barely any space outside the room. You can't hear anyone from other rooms, but you could very loudly here people going in and out the flat or outside the room. Not a complaint, you can't really do anything about it, but elevator was insanely slow; kinda comedian slow. We had to wait 30 mins for somebody to come to give us the key for the flat. We would have planned accordingly, if we knew that would happen.

Tolles Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht. Schöne modern eingerichtete Wohnung! Es gibt zwei Badezimmer die frisch saniert und sauber sind. Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung die geteilt wird. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Es gibt in der Wohnung ein Zimmer ohne Fenster, auf das sich die wenigen negativen Bewertungen beziehen. Solange das nicht gebucht wird ist die Unterkunft perfekt und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Vicino alla metro e ad alcuni supermercati

Stanza priva di finestra, c’era solo un affaccio sul corridoio dove passano gli altri ospiti. Bagno pulito male. Accoglienza a check-in e check-out pessima, personale svogliato, che praticamente non parla inglese e non fornisce alcun tipo di informazione turistica o altro. Comunicazione avvenuta solo tramite messaggi automatici di Booking.
