Bird Song

I like the safe and quiet location ,that is why I have visited the place for the third time now ...I like that they have added an outside kitchen for the sole use of their guests .

Nothing to dislike .

I had a lovely one-night stay at Birdsong Homestay! Despite the renovation activities, they didn’t impact my experience at all. I was especially excited to see the new outdoor kitchen they’ve added—it looked perfect for a relaxed meal outdoors, though I sadly couldn’t use it since I had to leave early for work. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making me feel right at home. The place itself was fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The highlight of my stay was definitely the peaceful sound of birds singing all around, creating a calm and serene atmosphere. I’d love to come back and enjoy the outdoor kitchen next time! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place around the area, great value for money

I booked Bird Song for my dad while he was in Johannesburg. Gina was such a lovely host. The check-in was a bit later than expected but she was so friendly and helpful. The room was impeccable.

Comfortable, my cat felt at home and safe. Staff was friendly. Birds singing are calming. Situated close to most amenities.

Very little Toiletpapier, yard was messy, parking in the middle of a lot of building material. Struggle to sleep with sensor lights going on and off the entire night with only see through curtains in half of the unit.

everything was nice and comfortable.

I booked 2 nights and I left after the first night. I could not handle the smell of whatever that was being cooked or what ever potion was being made all day and night it gave me headaches the smell. the whole cottage smelled like whatever they were doing in the house and I could not take it so I left.

In a safe and quiet area ,liked that our patio was welll decorated plus our unit was well seperated from other units we felt like we were the only people in the property I was impatiently awaiting the sound of the birds and it was a joy when I finaly hear them ...

The unit was very clean and tastefully decorated and organized

We had a warm welcome. The place is clean, cozy and private. Definitely would go again.
