"Over priced and need maintenance of the property"

Hotel staff were cooperative. Service was prompt Location was excellent, very near to Ooty lake. Also parking lot was good

Room was not having good sunlight, it was feeling damp. The toilet was a bit dark and damp. The food tasted moderate. The dining area is really very small. Not worth of 7000/- including GST for one night
