Room was very good. Staff was polite and helpful. Ambience was also good.

Staff were very cooperative and polite . Check in and check out was very easy and simple.It was a very pleasant and cool stay. We had a very comfortable 4days here as a family.

1st day had issues with tv,geyser,lights and wifi ... everything was fixed quickly except wifi which didn't work at all for four days 😔

Very poor service and cleanliness and no car parking there is no comfort.

Nothing and breakfast also very poor

The hotel's Location is near the Lake so it's good.

There is no intercom facility to contact for room service. The bathroom was horrible and unhygienic. While booking the hotel, a parking facility was shown in the property details but they made us park somewhere near the hotel. Their response and service was not good.

only like the location for the property is easy accessible to all the tourist spot

rooms are not as per the picture showed in the -profile, sorry to say the rooms are very small to use for families best for 2 ppl not for families
