Casa Pepi

Très bel appartement, très propre et bien équipé avec une literie confortable. La climatisation et les vélos mis à disposition ont été un plus. Les hôtes sont accueillants et bienveillants

L'appartement donne sur une rue passante donc beaucoup de bruit lié aux voitures. Il est situé aussi assez loin du centre historique et de la mer. Pas pratique si vous n'avez pas de voiture.

Casa Pepi è una struttura ottima per un soggiorno a Pesaro: la casa è ampia, con letti comodi e soprattutto uno grande spazio per mangiare e/o lavorare a pc. La cucina presenta tutti gli strumenti per potersi preparare colazione, pranzo e cena. L'aria condizionata è presente in tutte le camere e questo rende l'alloggio perfetto anche per temperatura molto alte. La casa è in una zona tranquilla, camminando è possibile raggiungere un supermercato, ma anche il centro di Pesaro. Consigliato per chi cerca una soluzione comoda e fuori dal centro storico.

Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato molto pulito è molto carino, facile da raggiungere il centro città e il mare sia in bicicletta che a piedi

Beautiful apartment. Good communication with the host. Comfortable bed and sofa in living room (we slept on both). Coffee machine. Although the house is by the street, it is quiet at night, only garbage trucks woke us up in the morning. Free wi-fi. Free parking on the street, there was always space for parking.

Upon arrival, the apartment was heavy fragranced with room spray and had to be aired out (but it was quickly done, so it wasn't a big problem).

Our stay at Casa Pepi was wonderful. Rafaella’s and her husband attention and every detail were noticeable. They were very kind and had excellent communication. The apartment is fully renovated, super clean, very comfortable, and has everything you need. I would definitely repeat the experience 100% the next time I go to Pesaro.

The house has everything at it is extremely clean! The host is very helpful and did everything to make us feel home :)

Everything about the room. The owners were very kind to meet us and explain all we need to use the property and visit the city. Even the bikes were prepared!
