Nie było takich rzeczy.

Niestety pobyt w tym miejscu był bardzo rozczarowujący. Już po wejściu poczułam intensywny zapach wilgoci i pleśni. W oknie znajdowały się kraty, przez co w pokoju było ciemno i ponuro. Panowała tam wilgoć, a ubrania przesiąkły nieprzyjemnym zapachem już po godzinie. Łóżko było twarde i niewygodne.Łazienka pozostawiała wiele do życzenia – widać było, że nie została dokładnie posprzątana. Ręczniki wyglądały na bardzo stare, sprawiając wrażenie, jakby były używane od lat. Do tego wszystkiego lokalizacja okazała się nieciekawa i mało komfortowa. Całość zrobiła bardzo złe wrażenie – niestety nie polecam nikomu, ogólnie pobyt był jednym wielkim rozczarowaniem. Musiałyśmy z córką wykupić nowy nocleg w innym miejscu.

The apartment was clean and cozy, located near the old town of Bari. The owner was polite and let us leave our baggage before check-in. Self check-in. Absolutely worth place. Even had some snacks for breakfast. There is a terrace, I think is shared, we didn't use it but looked nice.

The mattress was quite uncomfortable, but for 3 nights it was fine.

Posizione eccellente, pulizia ottima, dotazione di suppellettili e comodità ottima, rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale.

Proverei a cambiare il materasso, probabilmente è un mio problema rispetto a quello presente in struttura, ma l'ho trovato abbastanza scomodo.

The apartment is pleasant and the location is great — very close to the old town, the city center, and many restaurants. We especially recommend visiting La Baresana and L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele if you're in Bari — both places offer delicious food.

As a small note for improvement: there was no cloth or mop to dry the floor, and the shower cabin was leaking a bit. Also, the sound insulation could be better, as we could hear the neighbors. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time here!

the location was close to the old town

There was a damp odour in the room masked by an air freshener. The description of the terrace is misleading as stated on booking.com - with garden views and provides a terrace , it’s a shared terrace and the garden views are provided by one or two pot plants. Lack of privacy as your room door backs out onto the terrace . The shower door leaks causing a pool of water on the bathroom floor , when we mentioned this to the host we were told to shut the door properly previous reviews also mention this issue . The air conditioning was completely ineffective the room was very hot even though it was running. The door to the room is glass and opens out onto the communal entrance and lets a lot of light into the room at night. I would also say that the room is smaller than the 40m2 as advertised. The property would be adequate for a one night.

The rooms is nicely located in a quiet street very close to the old part and shopping area of Bari

The rooms is advertised as 40 m2 with a garden and terrace, while it is only 25 m2 and there is no garden and the terrace is a patio which is also the entrance of another apartment so not private. After complaining to the owner (no see, there is no reception, every communication is done via chat/whatsapp) the response simply was that the 40m2 was a mistake and with garden they mean terrace. No compensation of apologies. So if you are fine with 25 m2 and no garden access etc, then this property is fine, if you expect these, then you will be disappointed.

The apartment was so clean and cosy. It was very comfortable and great located near the old town of Bari. The owner was polite and let us leave our baggage for some hours after our check out. Absolutely worth it place. We will stay again in this perfect apartment.
