The apartment is part of a complex of several different holiday lets. The gardens are lovely and the apartment well appointed. It was wonderful to sit outside and have the wonderful sea view.

Personally I found the bed too small and quite uncomfortable, however the main drawback of this apartment is the lack of consideration of soundproofing from upstairs. Every time the upstairs apartment people were walking, it was like a herd of elephants. When they talked, we could hear every word. You could even hear their suitcase zips being open and closed when they were packing! Such a shame for a great place

Located in a quiet area of Sao Miguel - we couldn’t ask for a better location to be honest! It’s in a quiet town on the west side of the island just 25-30 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada and same drive to the Sete Cidades the most beautiful viewpoints ever. Check in/out went as smoothly as possible. The apartment was absolutely comfortable and quite large for 2 people. The bed was super comfortable, the whole apartment was very clean, the kitchen has a lot of amenities like kettle, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. There is also a laundry room and a barbecue area. We had a beautiful view of the apartments gardens and ocean. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a quiet stay away from the city of Ponta Delgada. Thank you for your hospitality, if i’m ever back on Sao Miguel, i will definitely stay here again

Tolle Lage, wunderschöner Garten mit atemberaubender Aussicht zum verweilen. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet.

Das Bett war uns zu wackelig und es hat, wie in vielen Appartements auf den Azoren, sehr feucht und modrig gerochen.

Nei giorni in cui faceva freddo il riscaldamento non arrivava in cucina e in bagno in quanto era presente solo nelle camere

Lo que más nos gustó sin duda son las vistas del apartamento y lo bien preparado que está el jardín para disfrutar de ellas.

El espacio del apartamento, no cambian las maletas. Y la ventilación, el salón/cocina no tiene ventana y se nota.

Great and clean and owners were super nice and communicated through whatsapp. The backyard is also out of this world

Only issue is you can hear everything if you’re in a lower unit and I could hear every footstep from the upstairs neighbours and they were loud
