Super location to the beach and old town. The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Proximity to the cafe below was great. The balcony was the best part being able to overlook the ocean and the gorgeous sunsets.

Check in was a bit confusing but the agent was responsive and friendly. Would have appreciated bathroom toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, etc).

We liked everything — it’s one of those rare cases when there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. A lovely girl greeted us, quickly and clearly explained everything, and handed over the keys. The apartment is bright, spacious, and clean, fully equipped with everything needed for daily living. The bed linen was white, clean, and pleasant. The view from the balcony and even from inside the apartment is absolutely stunning ,it’s a real pleasure to sit at the dining table with a cup of coffee and admire the breathtaking sea. A beautiful beach is just 30 meters from the house, which is incredibly convenient since there’s no need to go anywhere. I 100% recommend this apartment!

1. Top location - directly on the pebble beach among pine trees, very close to Old Town - 15 min walk along sea 2. Modern, clean, spacious, well-equipped apartment with stunning sea view 3. Zadar is interesting city with a lot things to do, to enjoy history, shopping and delicious Mediterranean cuisine for affordable prices. Definitely worth visiting!

The apartment was very clean and the view was amazing. Easy to get to Old Town which was awesome! Will definitely stay again if ever in Zadar! Host was very responsive and helpful.

Everything was just as advertised. Damir the host was very informative and always there to answer any questions we had. He even provided us with some great restaurant recommendations. Excellent location and the beach and piers across the street. We plan on going back again. Top class. The apartment is excellent. Very well finished.

Spacious and modern apartment with a nice balcony with morning shade. Beach is across the road, Zadar old city short stroll away. There is a popular coffee shop in front if coffee of quick bite is required. Shops are close too.

The area around the building can get pretty busy with all the beach goers and cafe visitors, but usually calms down in the evening.

The location was amazing!
