Bardzo dobra lokalizacja czysto i schludnie

the bathroom, small, door wasn't closing and the shower wasn't working properly.

It was renovated with new appliances , televisions in every room and comfy beds

ΚΑΤ αρχήν ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν αναφέρει πουθενά ότι είναι ημιυπόγειο. Και το χειρότερο ότι δεν έχει πόρτα αλλά κάγκελα που ξεκλειδώνεις να μπεις σε ένα προθάλαμο και από εκεί ξεκλειδώνεις το παράθυρο για να μπεις στο σπίτι. Ενώ τον είχα ενημερώσει ότι θα φτάναμε στις 00:00 από το αεροδρόμιο δε μπήκε καν στη διαδικασία να μας ανοίξει την θέρμανση με αποτέλεσμα πέσαμε να κοιμηθούμε σε ένα ψυγείο διαμέρισμα ( πρώην αποθήκη) μάλλον . Ψάχνοντας στην ντουλάπα να δούμε αν έχει πάπλωμα βρήκαμε ένα με παπλωματοθήκη για το ένα κρεβάτι και για το άλλο ένα χωρίς παπλοματοθηκη και αυτό λερωμένο. Οπότε ξεμείναμε με τα κουβερλι που είχε και περιμεναμε να ζεσταθεί από τον κλιματισμό το σπίτι. Κρίμα γιατί η πολυτέλεια στο εσωτερικό χάνεται από το εξωτερικό που δεν έχει πόρτα και δεν νιώθεις ιδιωτικότητα και ασφάλεια.

The apartment can easily sleep 6 people, we were 4 and it was huge for us. There are 2 separate bedrooms and a main hall. It is very nicely decorated and fully equipped (3 TVs).

The apartment is semi-basement, not the ground floor. When in the small bedroom you can hear the sewage disposal right, it is very annoying during the night. The most annoying thing is the fact that you can hear the noise from the street at night and especially on Saturday morning when there's a flea market right outside, sellers start to set their stuff up at 5-5:30! It's very difficult to find a parking spot in the area.
