We had a fantastic stay at the Garden Route Hotel this past weekend while in town for the PCA bodybuilding competition. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable — ideal for rest and prep before a big event. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The secure parking, smooth check-in, and convenient location made everything stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone attending events in the area — we’ll definitely be back for the next competition!

The only thing we felt was missing was access to a gym — even a partnership or discounted rate with a nearby facility would’ve been ideal, especially since we were there for a bodybuilding competition.

It's a good location if the casino is what you want... Not quite for anything else.

The breakfast, and service at breakfast time is awful. The server felt it's ok to give you cutlery left by other guests with no certainty about it being clean or not. Not impressed at all.
