Casa dei Visionari

Apartamentul este confortabil, situat aproape de gara(15 minute pe jos) si in apropierea promenadei de pe malul marii Gazda a fost amabila, a oferit toate informatiile de care am avut nevoie iar chekin/chekout-ul au fost rapide. Bucataria a fost bine dotata. Ne-a placut, ne-ar placea sa revenim.

großzügig, schön ausgestattet und zentral gelegen.

Die Lage der Wohnung war super, das große Bett komfortabel und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Sofabett ist, wie einige bereits erwähnt haben, wirklich sehr hart und eigentlich nicht zumutbar (wenn dort - wie bei uns - nur eine Person schläft, geht es aber, da vor allem die Bett-Erweiterung hart ist).

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment Casa dei Visionari war einfach unvergesslich! Schon beim Betreten spürt man die besondere Atmosphäre – stilvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und einem ganz eigenen, kreativen Flair. Die Räume sind hell, großzügig und perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts – von der modernen Küche bis hin zu den gemütlichen Wohnbereichen, in denen man sich sofort wie zuhause fühlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die harmonische Kombination aus Design und Komfort. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: ruhig genug zum Entspannen, aber gleichzeitig ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an die Gastgeber – herzlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man merkt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können das Casa dei Visionari von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen!

És bonic, es ventila bé, estava net i feia bona olor. La casa perfecta a prop del mar; i l’amfitrió molt atent i receptiu. Ens ho ha posat tot molt fàcil i ha estat molt agradable l’estada.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Visionary and were truly impressed. Everything was exactly as described, if not even better. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need, especially convenient if you're traveling with children or spending evenings in. One detail that really stood out was the comfort of the bed and pillows 😊something that’s surprisingly hard to find when traveling, but here it truly felt like home. Vito is an outstanding host, very friendly, responsive, and helpful. He even arranged transportation from and to the airport, which made everything very easy for us. He also shared great recommendations for local restaurants where locals actually go. The location is excellent, only a 12-minute walk to Bari Centrale and about 200 meters from the seaside promenade. Many great restaurants and the beautiful old town are within walking distance (6–20 minutes).

It can get a bit lively and slightly noisy at times, but in a way that perfectly reflects the authentic spirit of the city: vibrant, energetic, and full of life.

rozkładane łóżko w przedpokoju nie nadaje się do spania. Już na krześle bym się lepiej wyspał. Łóżko to nie powinno być uwzględniane przy spaniu. Widzę po opiniach innych gości, że jest to największy problem tego mieszkania i dziwię się bardzo, że gospodarz jeszcze nie wymienił tego łóżka.

Mieszkanie znajduje sie na 1 pietrze w kamienicy, w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, zaraz przy promenadzie. 5 min spacerem od mieszkania znajduje sie duzy, dobrze zaopatrzony supermarket oraz w tej samej kamienicy kawiarnia z dobra kawa. Z balkonu jest boczny widok na morze. Do dworca oraz starówki 15 min pieszo.Kuchnia zaopatrzona w niezbedne przybory. W mieszkaniu bylo cieplo i czysto. W sypialni wygodne łóżko. Wlasciciel Vito bardzo miły, mielismy dobry kontakt na Whatapp, szybko odpowiadał. Bylo troche glosno, ale trzeba sie z tym liczyc ze wzgledu na lokalizacje. Polecam ten apartament :)

Jedna rzecz, ktora byla niedogodnoscia, dlatego nie moge ocenic apartamentu na 10- w salonie bardzo niewygodna kanapa, nie nadaja sie do spania. Wlasciciel powinien pomyslec o zmianie sofy, wtedy komfort obiektu znacznie by sie zwiekszyl.
