New housing area and next to rice field also pretty close to pekan area. Got many option for food delivery and soo many eateries along the way. The house got 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and have basic facilities. Still comfortable if you just need place to rest. No cooking facilities but as mention the area got many eateries options. Easy checkin-checkout process.

Adding microwave and mini fridge would be a plus.
