La ubicación es perfecta, el apartamento confortable y muy bien equipado.

La escalera estarīa mejor con barandilla, y la estancia de arriba es para gente joven, ya que no te puedes poner de pie.

La finca té un pati/jardí interior i un estil d'èpoques passades amb un punt decadent que ens va agradar molt , l'apartament és maco i confortable i la seva localització immillorable.

Són més aviat sugerències ... L'hora del checkout podria ser una mica més tard, la il.luminació del dormitori és poc agradable si vols llegir un llibre sense molestar a la teva parella que vol dormir i les finestres no tenen cortines opaques per donar una mica de privacitat .

位處布達佩斯市區核心，附近有營業至深夜的超級市場，租金卻算是相宜。 廚房/洗衣機/洗碗碟機等設備很實用。 還有很大型的智能電視

早前看到評論區有旅客指，電視遙控器的電池耗盡了，以及牆上的wifi密碼不清楚，結果現在也沒有改變。 放置了手提電腦和打印機，卻是用不到的，佔用空間還擔心弄壞。 公寓大樓有點舊，走廊在晚上照明不足。

・聖イシュトバーン大聖堂の真ん前で、観光地に近く立地が良かった。 ・窓がすべて中庭に面しており昼間は色々な音や話し声があちこちから聞こえたが、22時以降は静かでよく眠ることが出来た。 ・オーナーの方が親切で、分からないことがありメッセージを送るとすぐに返事をくれたので色々助かった。 ・角部屋だったので、部屋の前を人が通らないのがよかった。 ・近くにたくさんのお店やスーパーがあった。 ・地下鉄の駅(Arany János utca)から近い ・空港からのバスが到着するところ(Deák Ferenc)からも歩いて10分くらいだったので、スムーズに空港に行くことが出来た ・歯ブラシ・歯磨き粉以外はほとんどなんでもあった。使わなかったが、ノートパソコンとプリンターもあった。 ・チェックインも、事前にオーナーにメールアドレスを知らせ、アプリをダウンロードしてパスポートのスキャンと必要事項を入力するだけの手続きだった(Whats Appでのビデオ通話？は不要とのこと) ・シャワーなどのお湯もすぐに出た(バスタブはなし)

・セーフティーボックスが見当たらなかったのであると旅行者には嬉しい。 ・ドアは２重になったいたのだが窓は２重になっておらず、ガラスを破ったら中に入れそうだったので２重にすると安心かなと思った。 ・私たちは使わなかったのですが、シャンプーが切れていました。新しい宿泊客が入る前にすべての設備において、点検しておいた方が良いのではないかと思った。 ・オーナーがすぐに返事をくれたので解決したのですが、私たちが質問した内容は以下です。 →台所の水道の使い方が分からない：図解で説明してくださいました。 →壁に手書きで書いてあるWifiのパスワードが読めない：メッセージのテキストで送ってくださいました。 →TVの付け方が分からない：リモコンの電池切れで部屋にあった新しい電池と取り替えました。また、netflixだけが使えるとのことでした。 ・ドアの鍵は何となく使えていたのですが、もしかしてもっと近道で開けることが出来たのかもしれないので、開け方の案内があると嬉しいかもです。

Beautiful old heritage building within a large internal court yard in a great location. It’s safe and quiet and very close to everywhere you wish to visit. We were looking at the Hop On Hop Off bus however we were able to walk to most of the places of interest. The apartment is suitable for short stays has a good size bathroom, nice kitchen and kitchen island. The room seems more spacious with the high ceiling. The second bed in the loft wouldn’t be suitable for young children, for adults you can’t stand up but fine if it suits your budget. Some nice restaurants on your door step and some great walking streets near by. Lido supermarket nearby. Host provided all the information you needed to access the apartment which was easy also able to

I find it difficult to believe the current ratings review. We have stayed in seven apartments over the previous month therefore our rating is based against our previous choices. I noticed previous reviews have mentioned issues however they don’t appear to be actioned. Added to these are Oven pan covered in dust therefore we didn’t use. No shampoo in the bathroom container just body wash and hair conditioner ran out of body wash the day prior to our departure No side cabinet tables added to bedroom Remote TV control needed batteries which I removed from my personal travel shaver. Ironing board doesn’t have a cover Only one red or white wine glass TV only has Utube and if your a subscriber, Netflix No instructions in English The host has requested honest feedback which I believe we have supplied. I would hope the host can provide more personal attention to the property as it has better potential

Minden tökéletes volt! A belváros főutcáján található, de nagyon csendes, közel mindenhez és a busz/metróállomáshoz is. Jól felszerelt, nagyon kényelmes lakás. Egyszerű bejelentkezés, részletes utasítások Andrástól, aki nagyon segítőkész volt. Csak ajánlani tudom. :-)

Centrally located in the heart of Budapest. The apartment was comfortable for the two of us.

The check in process was overly stressful and difficult. We understand Hungary has a national system for registering guests. All the other places asked us for our information and they entered it in their system. This place put the burden on us to have to download the app and scan in our details. We even talked with the person on the phone that this would be difficult for us on our phones and we were traveling by bicycle. It took us an hour to finally get one document scanned. We arrived late to Budapest unsure we would be able to check in. We were told we would not get the apartment code until we scanned our documents. This really should not be put on the guests to use their system that was not user friendly.

Fully furnished spacious apartment with all the comfort you need. Very clean and recently renovated. Fantastic location in front of St. Stephen Basilisk and it's really close to the metro station and bus stop.

Transparent glass door in the bathroom and bedroom. "Second bedroom" is a loft bed on top of the kitchen, good idea but stairs are a bit dangerous for an adult.
