Santa Giulia House

Posizione eccellente: la struttura dista pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e la zona è ricca di negozi e locali. Appartamento piccolo ma moderno e funzionale per due persone soprattutto giovani.

Il bagno era un po' piccolo e infatti mancava il bidet (c'era però un doccino accanto al water). L'appartamento è al primo piano e c'è l'ascensore ma l'ascensore - che serviva gli altri piani - non funzionava per il primo. Altro difetto è la presenza di 5 porte da aprire per giungere all'appartamento (portone grande, portone piccolo, porta del piano, porta del corridoio del piano, porta della casa) che comporta usare e ricordarsi 5 chiavi diverse. Il letto, infine, è davvero rumoroso e forse andrebbe cambiato

Uncorfotable, noisy bed and quite loud outside. Really bad communication, I was asking as invoice immediately after booking. After my stay, I didn't recive one, and after following up several time, I only got on Whatsapp photo of a receipt with wrong adress. I asked for corrected invoice, but communication was awful and stopped responding, just a chatbot. If you need a proper invoice, I would not recommend this place. Otherwise I'd rate it 8/10.

Really good location, nice comfortable place. Loved that there’s really good restaurants and bars right around the corner. Great for visiting Torino on foot since the royal palace is only 15 minutes away. Would’ve loved if they had a clothing iron available since there’s space to keep it in the apartment. The apartment would have a smell of dampness when we would come back in the evening but there was no mold so we would need to open the windows every evening. Some places like the bathroom mirror could be cleaned more often, but overall the space was clean.
