Spago Inn-Only for Families & Couples not for Bachelors

Everything was good. Especially loved the indoor swimming pool. Staff were also cordial. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Spago Inn and had a very positive experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure all our needs were met throughout our stay.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the on-site facilities, including the breakfast offerings, were a nice touch and added to the overall value of the stay.

This hotel is located before entering Mahabalipuram on ECR, just 5 minutes to Mahabalipuram sculpture city. 5 min walkable distance to beach. The reception was very grand and the staff welcomed us with a smile. The room is very cozy and basic amenities and toiletries were provided. Food can be ordered and which was tasty. My kid really enjoyed the swimming pool and games. They have huge car parking too. Will stay back again in future and the main thing about this hotel is away from city traffic. Will recommend it to my friends and family.

There was no wardrobe in the room. The spring mattress has worn out and felt uncomfortable

Our hotel room smelled immediately upon entering. Although, we complained, they had no other rooms available and offered for us to leave and find another accommodation if we were going to be unhappy about the room. The walls are paper thin and you can hear conversations happening down the hallway. The walls in our room were very dirty. Bedsheets had stains on them that they changed after we pointed them out. The blankets they provided were the cheap brown ones that are typically donated to the poor. The hotel is also pet friendly and the pets are not expected to be leashed and can roam free within the corridors and lobby. The pool and dining area are located next to each other within the same room. Given that the pool is in the same room as the dining area where you would have breakfast, it smells like chlorine. The pool and dining area is separated by mid size plants but people in the pool can see the diners and vice versa.

Very Good decent place to stay and nice location in the main road within 5 mins from Mahabalipuram. The rooms are clean and the staff are courteous. The indoor swimming pool area is great and well maintained.

Internet connection was not working properly. But our visit was during a time of cyclone and rains so that might have been the reason as well
