Super Townhouse Lotus Grand

The hotel is close to Chaitanyapuri metro station on a walkable distance. The room has gyzer for 24*7 hot water and AC is working fine with good quality bed for good sleep and comfort. The location and its surroundings is clean and neat and little safe is the only plus points. Room size was 'Ok' with room having single wardrobe. The room was having kettle for hot water and 2 glass (though they were not clean) without coffee/tea mixture kits :(

The room service was poor. They didn't provided 1-2 water bottles at least during check-in. The bathroom were just having 2 bottles (1 hand wash and 1 body wash). The hotel staff didn't provided any other kit like tooth paste, brush, etc. They provided tooth paste after multiple requests with disappointment. The bigger disappointment was the hotel was registered on booking platform with nice picture of breakfast and 'breakfast option' as we selected during booking but during actual check-in we got reveled that hotel doesn't have in-house kitchen or even they don't want to serve with breakfast option. This has disturbed our day-1 plan as we need to communicate this to booking customer care service to readjust our booking amount. This caused problems everyday during morning as we need to leave hotel without breakfast we struggled to find breakfast place everyday. Most of the pictures of this hotel on booking platform are 'fake'. There was also some noise from above floor in hotel rooms.

I have booked the breakfast however property communicated there is no facility for breakfast so i have requested Booking.com for the refund.

Bed was not comfortable and room was not sound proof

This is just a lodge, it’s not even close to 1 star hotel. Even property denies of 4 star. Staff are very rude, cleaning is absolutely low quality.

I booked this hotel, considering 4star as listed in Booking.com, but this is not even a 1star hotel. I booked for 3 nights stay, but could stay only for 2 nights because of the quality. Rooms are absolutely small and substandard. Bathroom is worst. Booking.com charged me for the including breakfast option, but the property does not have kitchen and they don’t provide breakfast. The staff gets into argument if you raise any concerns about the quality. For anything they will argue and ask you to contact booking.com, which is not at all working. Overall very bad experience, I strongly suggest not to choose this hotel. For the amount you pay you will get best properties near by, I realised after I visited the locality.

The staff was very polite and the location of the property was also good.

Washrooms could have been more hygienic and there was continuous noise from floor above the room.
