Pensiunea Poarta Lui Ionele

Nice house in a peaceful place in the Apuseni mountains. Great views and walking distance (0.5h) to the Scărişoara glacier cave. Good asphalt road to the entrance to the possession (albeit steep a bit in some places). Clean, nice bathroom. Well equipped common kitchen.

The room itself was quite small, and it was difficult to keep all the belongings there. Clearly, the strong side of the house are its common spaces and facilities outside. As such, it is more suitable for larger groups or families, when you occupy a whole floor or the full house. Possibly, other rooms are larger.

Mindennel elégedettek voltunk. A környék látnivalóit szerettük volna megnézni, és könnyen megközelíthető volt innen minden. Maga a szállás szép, tisza és rendezett volt. Mindent megtaláltunk benne, amire szükségünk volt.

L’endroit était tranquille et charmant.

Les murs sont extrêmement minces et non insonorisés, nous avons entendu nos voisins de chambre toute la soirée et la nuit. Le lit était relativement confortable mais les draps étaient extrêmement rêches, limite agressants pour la peau (et nous ne sommes pas sensibles). Notre accueil a été expéditif et l’hôte a indiqué sur la plate-forme de Booking que nous avions fait un “no-show”, alors qu’elle nous a accueilli et que nous l’avons payée en mains propres.
