Quiet apartment

Aircon not functioning, should do new renovations, change old facilities. Room 1018, tq

Good location for my purpose. Love the fact it had a little coffee shop on the ground floor and the staff were great.

AC in the bedrooms did not work on the first night so had to sleep on the sofa. WiFi had to be hot spotted by a mobile phone however this could not be unlocked and was not sorted before I left so had to use my own hot spot from my personal phone. Bars are very close and can be heard as windows and balcony doors do not seal when closed.

The free WIFI is very good and Television was good. The Restaurant in the building was good. Plenty of parking. I having a very hard time saying what was good about this.

There are lot of things that were bad. The electric kettle and hair dryer were not working. The entire room looks like it was in middle of a remodel. There are areas in the room that was not painted. There was an outlet in the kitchen that was sticking out. There was an unusable safe. There was a bathtub that was not installed correctly. So I couldn't take a shower without discomfort. The Property Management was not helpful. Lady said she'll call back but never did. I try to report my problems but nobody pick up the phone. I mean why give customers a unfinished room. I also I feel so weak staying there. I also had my water turn off because there was mud in the water. To be fair the flood did hit this building. I amazed how fast the water got fixed. Still why open a room so unfinished.

Nothing terrible

There was mold everywhere which made my friend very sick. We had to leave a few days early and never got a refund. When we showed up the water wasn’t working. You get charged for using any of the amenities. In a terrible location, not near any attractions and is extremely dirty. Not a regular hotel or airbnb just a rundown apartment with no running water. DO NOT BOOK.

We were prepared to leave our room at 12:00 but the maid insisted we leave at 11:30

The kitchen was unusable. Everything looked like it was broken and about to fall off!
