INRoom was quite big.
No Exhaust in washrooms. During check in owner asked us to pay more saying it's now high season so prices have increased. After a lot of back and forth, she agreed on the price we had booked for but without breakfast and the exchange rate she used was a bit higher.
RSThe room is spacious, clean and very comfortable.
The location, is not that close to city center by walk. Staff does not speak enflish. Breakfast was not good.
SEBreakfast was simple but tasteful and more than enough for us. Location was good, 100 m to find a cheap taxi or bus. Personal was excellent: Irina, the hostess, made all she could to help us with what we needed. The room was nice and with AC, refrigerator and so on.
Personal did not know perfect English, like most other persons in Uzbekistan. However, all are friendly and honest so we like them.

We were missing a hairdryer, towels, and breakfast, all of which were advertised as available services in their booking listing. Additionally, the hot water supply was problematic due to fluctuations in temperature. To prevent such occurrences in the future, I would recommend a review of the services and booking system. I believe that improvements in these areas can help ensure that every guest is satisfied during their stay.

INHUThe only thing likeble is the location. It is really very close to all mosques and sites who needs to see while visiting Samarkand.
Overall the guest house is very old and relatively not clean. The air is heavy and not fresh on the room - even if you keep the windows open the whole day. Breakfasts are also very poor and no variety. The hygiene in the kitchen is disaster. The wifi is accessible only at the reception.
