Shaiz Luxe Apartments Bhurban Murree

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All basic facilities were available, and the staff was cooperative. The location offers a peaceful environment, and the breakfast was good. Overall, the apartment provided a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The location shown on Booking.com is incorrect and ends approximately 2.5 km before the actual property, which can be confusing for guests. Internet connectivity was a major issue, as Wi-Fi was available only for a short time and remained unavailable most of the day. Mobile network signals in the area are also very weak. Additionally, the lift arrangement is inconvenient because one lift stop serves two floors, requiring guests to use stairs frequently. The lift was also out of service at times, causing further inconvenience.

Location is surprisingly good but away from the city and it gives a vibe of a rural area.

Lack of managment . No one was there to attend or welcome! A man appeared after 1 hour 20 minutes probably he was sleeping .Tottaly iterate a typical villager though innocent, The property was not maintained as shown in the pictures. Bed linen , pillows ,was not fresh at all. No emenites in the toilet , one word No heygene, no hot water at all ,what a shame ,extremely mismanaged property with a huge potential to be a guest house but unfortunately under extremely poor managment ( really annoyed ) as it is on booking.com but has got zero attraction for any international guest who just wants to spend few nights in sanity. I hope management will be serious enough in the future before advertising on booking.com.

You like hospitality

The host was very hospitable and very polite, always just a call away. Really happy with how they have maintained the place. Very comfy and tidy rooms, and a beautiful view outside your window. This was my second stay at Shaiz Luxe Apts. and I'm very happy to have chosen them again. Will definitely be going there in the future too.

The place was very tidy and very well decorated and the hosts were also very welcoming. Really felt at home on a vacation. Worth the trip and the money. Highly recommended.

Can't thing of anything that bothered me.. I didn't probably like my short stay.. Wanted to stay longer
