The location is fantastic, there is no need to start the car.

The photos are not really accurate. There is the impression that the flat haa got one bedroom separated from the living room. In fact, there isn't. Also there are no doors except for the bathroom. The sofa is separated from the king size bed with one wall only.

"Lots of potential but..."

Excellent communication for handover of keys. Location. Nice sized kitchen. Shutters on bedroom window were very good. Washing machine. Grocery shop for water / juices etc almost next door. Drop box for return of keys.

Air conditioning unit powered up but was not effective. Extremely hot at night. Bathroom / drains had an odour that came in to the apartment when the door was left open. Small things like the bare minimum amount of washing liquid in the kitchen and detergent for washing machine and hand soap, and no complimentary bottle water on arrival was disappointing.
