MYLocation is great. Nice view of surrounding area. A nice garden with BBQ pit. Short walk up to Gundaling Hill top. Very spacious old bungalow but nicely maintain.
Hand rail for the stair going up to Gundaling Hill top. Need to upgrade for safety.

Not clean. Kitchen horrible. Floors not cleaned. Bathrooms has no wash basin. Wash basin at foyer wasn't working. No hand soap
