La ragazza in reception è stata gentile con noi. La posizione è ottima, proprio sulla spiaggia.

Avevamo prenotato una stanza vista mare e all'arrivo ne.abbiamo trovato una con il muro davanti. Ci hanno spostati in un'altra in cui si intravedeva. I servizi descritti in fase di acquisto non corrispondono a ciò che abbiamo trovato: niente bollitore, niente cassaforte e altro. Arrivando mezz'ora prima della chiusura della colazione molte cose erano terminate e non rifornite.

Οι μαξιλαροθήκες και τα σεντόνια ήταν βρώμικα από όταν πήγαμε και όταν ζητήσαμε να τα αλλάξουν έστρωσαν τα ίδια έτσι ώστε να μην φαίνονται οι βρωμιές. Οι πετσέτες αλλάχτηκαν μετά από δική μας παρότρυνση και οι καινούργιες που μας δόθηκαν δεν ήταν επίσης καθαρές.

• Very close to the beach. • One young staff member was very kind and helpful. • Excellent location near the best restaurant in town—Chez Hassan—which serves fresh, high-quality food at very affordable prices.

• One staff member was extremely disrespectful and untrustworthy. On our first day, we paid $150 USD in cash for our stay (total cost: $142 USD), and she claimed she had no change—neither in USD nor in Tanzanian shillings (TZS). She offered no apology and refused to find a solution. • On our last day, we were asked to pay 54,000 TZS for a meal that we clearly remembered costing 52,000 TZS. She provided no receipt or proof. We insisted she check the signed bill, which confirmed the correct amount was 52,000 TZS. Again, no apology was given. Throughout our stay, she was consistently unfriendly. • The room had a very bad smell—musty, unclean, and like old furniture. • The cleaning was not good—we saw staff mopping the floor with brown, dirty water. • The toilet had visible stains, and it was unclear whether this was due to poor cleaning or simply old and worn-out toilet. • The bed sheets had noticeable brown stains. • One wooden piece of furniture was infested with termites—we could hear them eating the wood!! The staff’s solution was to move the infested item outside our room, right by our door. • One morning, we had no running water for two hours. • The two neighboring rooms had a table and two chairs outside, but ours had none. When we asked for chairs to enjoy the view, the staff simply took one chair from each of the other rooms and gave them to us, leaving the other two rooms with one chair each. • There was no safe in our room, even though it was shown in the pictures. • Breakfast did not match the pictures. There was no toaster and fewer options overall. We asked twice for omelettes and were served scrambled eggs both times, without any apology or explanation. • To reach the room at night, we needed to walk about 100 meters in absolute darkness. • Lastly, we booked an airport shuttle in advance and were told the price was $50 each way, which seemed fair for the 1.5-hour trip and since it was set by the property.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο, άνετο και καθαρό. Η παραλία ήταν όντως μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο και ήταν πραγματικά πανέμορφη. Το δωμάτιο είχε κλιματιστικό, ζεστό νερό και θέα στην θάλασσα.

Είχε πολύ κακή σύνδεση στο internet. Τις περισσότερες φορές δεν έπιανε και όταν έπιανε κρατούσε για λίγο. Δεν παρείχε προϊόντα για το μπάνιο πέρα από σαπούνι χεριών με αποτέλεσμα να χρειαστεί να αγοράσουμε από κάποιο τοπικό market. Τέλος, οι μερίδες του φαγητού σε σχέση με την τιμή τους ήταν πολύ μικρές.

Byla jsem zde již po páté. Vše perfektní - příjemný a ochotný personál, vynikající snídaně, klidná lokalita, krásná pláž.
