How the good my booking was communicated clearly. It was my 1st time using Bookings.com for making a reservation so I was very unsure as to how the process goes but 'm glad there were no misunderstandings. The staff was very welcoming and patient with us even took us pictures.

The fact that I have to go to reception to get my coffee, sugar & milk sachets was not ok imagine craving a coffee in a cold weather and you still have to go outside to get the necessary stuffs to get it done, they should be made available in the room. We didn't use the bar soap provided but I felt it was way too small for a room accommodating four people, we even had to share towels only 2 were provided.

I booked but didn't get a room. When I reached there and i was told its fully booked, were told because i didn't pay. And the lady had a bad attitude on me.
