La Renada

The property host cancelled our booking without any prior intimation, thus at middle of night we a team of 11 family members including super senior citizen were stranded, begging for any other arrangements which the host denied straight on face.... However he said he will not charge us any cancellation fees , which should be logical as he himself rebooked the rooms for other travellers and didn't cancel the same on the websites.

We booked a stay at the said property through booking.com for 11 people. Our team included senior citizens with ages above 90yrs, and also seniors with walking issues... yet the day stay, at about 8/9pm in the night amidst torrential rainfall the property host tells us that he has not kept our rooms, cancelled our bookings (although it showed confirmed in booking.com) and have given accommodations to others. We asked for help, personally begged for assistance, asked if they can do some accommodation elsewhere the host just said there's nothing he can do as he thought it might be a fake booking. So for all upcoming people who wants to book this property please assured the host will not at all help you even if you are almost in verge of staying all night outside,might take double bookings , won't put the cancellation details on website and might ruin your entire trip calling you to be a fraud traveller trying to book. So please be aware...

The place is very beautiful and gives good vibes to rejunivate the energy.

Washroom cleanliness. Blankets and room could have been more clean.

Peaceful location, great staff. The trampoline is a great addition.

Little difficult to reach with a bad approach road. An electric kettle in the room would be a nice addition. Also need some more electric charging points in the room.

Our stay at La Renada was fantastic! The hospitality was exceptional, and the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The facilities were top-notch, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The warmth and dedication of the team truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable and seamless stay!
