Silvany House Bari

We liked this apartment very much. The communication with host was very easy. She sent us all necessary information in advanced, it was easy to follow it to enter the house and the apartment. The flat was very clean and super comfortable, we felt ourself as in 4 stars hotel. We had everything we needed, even an iron. The host provided us even snacks and water, tea and coffe, what we appreciated after late arrival from the airport. The apartment has a very good location, you can reach everything within 10-15 min on foot (central train station, city center, old town etc.). Internet connection was excellent and quick. I can really recommend this apartment in Bari.

A very clean and well equipped room. The host left us a basket of snacks. The room is newly renovated in an older building. Location is convenient to supermarkets and restaurants, 15 mins walk to train station.

Just a note: room is located on second floor without elevators

Reason I will check availability if I am again in Bari: - great location in a residence area (lot of shops, bakeries, cafeterias for the local neighborhood, not tourists) and in the same time in the walking distance form the old town and train station: 15 min - very good contact (even if only digital) with the host, easy to follow instructions, a lot of useful information, good responsiveness - looks brand new, nicely designed, spacious - overall very clean - breakfast snacks - balcony with chairs and a table

Just minor elements, nothing that would stop me from visiting the place again: - old coffee capsule was in the coffee machine (not removed by and after previous guests) - it is stated, but remember, there is no elevator in the building and floors are 3,5m high plus stairs ar quite narrow. - water pressure in the shower was just so, so - rusty balustrade on the balcony

The room was very modern, spacious and clean, with the balcony overlooking the street. The apartment has a great location from which to walk to the old town (the central station is also about 10 minutes of walk from there). The host was always available, responsive, friendly and easy to communicate with. We definitely had a great stay!

The room was beautiful: so clean and well decorated. The owners were a pleasure to deal with; friendly, and responsive.

We had a delayed flight but our host made our self check in very easy. The room was very attractively decorated and furnished. Great location from which to walk to the old town and only ten minutes walk from the central station. Try the Panzerotti restaurant across the street. Very pleasant to sit on the little balcony in the late afternoon.

Modern, well presented room. Very comfy bed and we even had tea and water waiting. Nice new clean shower.

We had a lovely time! The rooms are very clean and newly renovated, comfortable and also well equipped. Every two days the rooms are cleaned and the towels are changed, making it feel like you are staying at a hotel. The hosts were also very kind and responsive and also helpful, since they arranged our taxi to the airport the day we left. Throught the trip they also provided a lot of useful information, making the trip easier. They also provided many snacks, coffee and tea for breakfast. Highly recommend!
