"A beautiful place with great staff and great food."

The staff were extremely courteous across board - whether in person or over the phone. The room was very well prepared and clean with superb amenities. The food was very good and arrived on time. The breakfast buffet was also very good. I wish we had more time to stay there. The best Hotel experience I've had in a long time and definitely the best customer service experience I've had in Ibadan. I hope they keep it up.

The Internet was problematic but I had options so it wasn't much of an issue for me. However, it could be a problem for other guests. Also, the Smart TV in our room wasn't connected to any streaming services and we were unfortunately unable to cast to it - though other TVs in adjacent rooms were available. Also, the hallways can get noisy if the hotel is busy. The noise gets into the rooms quite a bit.

Word class. Was NOT expecting this in Ibadan.

No complaints - staff well trained and respectful of privacy. Appreciated Kingsley at Reception - patient and professional man.
