April Cottage Meadow Studio

Fantastic location for sightseeing - we visited Longleat Safari Park. The cottage is cosy and secure, with a beautiful view.

The only thing that would've enhanced our stay would be a TV for the evening times (when the beautiful scenery could not be seen).

Everything nice location, quiet and peaceful! Just what my partner and I needed hehe close to relatives who live in mere but far enough for alone time etc....was very clean and sofa bed very comfy! Shower was absolutely amazing! And for the price was absolutely brilliant for 2 nights wish we could have stayed more tbh x

Nothing to dislike we didn't have the heater but was just a small mis communication but was still lovely and warm regardless..

Lovely stay in a small studio overlooking a field with beautiful sunsets, starry skies and plenty of ducks/geese to spot! Nice walks nearby into Mere through the fields and past a little river. Studio itself is small but sufficient. The bed is a pull out sofa bed which is easy to make up and comfortable. Kitchen includes fridge, hob and microwave. It would be good if there was a little sink in the toilet and option to pull a curtain across the shower. Sarah, the host, was friendly and welcoming. Very enjoyable! Thank you.

Looking out over the fields waking up to birds singing

The studio was basic, but clean and comfortable, and ideal for our needs (we just needed somewhere to sleep as well we were visiting family). Sarah was very friendly, communication was excellent, clear directions and instructions given throughout. The studio manual left at the property was very helpful. The view was lovely, and the walk into the village was very pleasant. Sarah's cleaner, Kim, was also very helpful and friendly.

There was nothing to dislike, to be honest.
