The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with lovely views from the windows. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere of the property felt warm and relaxing. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The food at the restaurant was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety of options. I especially liked that the restaurant is open 24 hours, which is very convenient. All the facilities worked perfectly, and the service was quick and efficient. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. This is truly a perfect place to enjoy a comfortable and memorable holiday in Manali. I will definitely recommend Hill River Resort to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay.

One of the best resorts I have stayed at during my Manali trip, Hill River Resort by West Western, is just a short walk from Mall Road and is conveniently located on Nagar Highway, Aleo, Manali. The room was spacious and equipped with all modern amenities. The bathroom was neat, clean, and stocked with all necessary toiletries. A very useful feature in a weather-changing place like Manali is the 24/7 hot water supply and hot-and-cold AC. The in-house restaurant serves fresh and good-quality food. The staff were polite, attentive, and very helpful throughout my stay. The resort also offers in-house activities, including a play zone, gym, children’s play area, and a lawn where you can sit and relax. Highly recommended! We would definitely choose to stay at this property again on our next visit to Manali.

The resort's dining options were available late at night, which was a huge plus.The rooms were immaculately clean, making for a comfortable stay.The staff's behavior was exceptional, making us feel welcome and at home.  I enjoyed playing lawn games during the day, which added to the fun of my stay. Absolutely loved my stay at Hill River resort. The location is serene with breathtaking views, the rooms are spotless and spacious and the staff is incredibly warm and professional. The food was delicious and all amenities from wifi to hot water and in room comforts were top notch. Perfect place to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the playing zone a great space for kids to enjoy and stay engaged. It is well equipped, safe and thoughtfully designed making it ideal for families traveling with children.

Hill River Resort surprised me in the best possible way. It’s not loud or flashy — it’s calm, grounded, and effortlessly beautiful. You wake up to birdsong, fall asleep to the sound of the river, and in between, you find moments of pure stillness that are hard to come by in everyday life. The staff were warm without being overbearing, the food felt homemade (in the best way), and the entire place had this unspoken rhythm — like everything was flowing just right. It’s the kind of place you leave feeling lighter, like you’ve been reminded of something you didn’t even know you were missing. Highly, highly recommend.
