Lokalizacja w mieście, niewielka odległość od plaży, bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe, obecność balkonu i sprawna klimatyzacja.

Absolutnie tragiczna łazienka, spłuczka w toalecie napełnia się wodą przez 15 (!) minut i ledwo co spłukuje nieczystości, brak kotary oddzielającej prysznic od reszty łazienki, przez co wszystko w niej, łącznie z muszlą klozetową i miejscem na papier toaletowy czasie korzystania z prysznica ulega zamoczeniu. Internet z wifi działa tragicznie wolno i co chwilę przestaje działać. Łóżko podwójne skrzypi i jest bardzo niewygodne. Ogólnie bardzo wysoka cena zważywszy na zastane warunki. Brak rzeczy tak podstawowej jak czajnik na wyposażeniu obiektu. Do tego właścicielka nie informuje o ograniczonym czasie (24h), jaki jest na zameldowanie się i zapłacenie podatku miejscowego w pobliskim centrum informacji turystycznej i nie udziela sama z siebie swoich informacji osobistych jak imię i nazwisko, które są do tego niezbędne by ten podatek zapłacić.

Proprietaria davvero carina e gentile, ci ha offerto due birre quando siamo arrivati! Posto auto privato, comoda la posizione, vicino alla città nuova, supermercati e alle spiagge che si raggiungono a piedi, per la città vecchia bisogna prendere la macchina.

Purtroppo la struttura non era pulita ed è maltenuta. Muffa in bagno, intonaco che si scrosta, capelli. Asciugamani vecchi e sul letto non c'era lenzuolo ma solo una trapunta. Davvero un peccato perché la proprietaria è molto disponibile e gentile!

There's nothing that I did not like. The whole stay was absolutely great!

The location is great, there’s free parking, and the host kindly gave us a ride to the central station with our bags at the end of our stay—that was really appreciated and not something we take for granted.

The bathrooms weren’t very convenient—the water pressure in the shower was low, the floor stayed wet after each shower, and there was no space to put personal belongings. Even though there are two bathrooms, one guest locked one of them, so everyone ended up sharing just one. The room itself was small for two people and didn’t have air conditioning, so it got quite hot, especially at night. Also, the shared kitchen is very basic—there isn’t much space for cooking, and the only sink is in the bathroom, which wasn’t so comfortable.

It was clean and the owner was nice. i asked to check in earlier and Ill forever be grateful for that

Its too far off from the main bus station. Took me an hour by the foot to go to the beach and back. A bit overpriced for the location
