Aircon in the room.

Check in system, paying additional fees for early check-in and funds taken from account for the safety deposit. Unable to get Eur 100 safety deposit back. Scam so far as other customers mentioned, should have read reviews before booking this. Unable to speak with anyone directly, all automated.

Nice flat, fully equipped

It was not apparent from the online check-in neither in the doorwy that the apartment is on a 3rd floor. Had to search.

Scam ! they tried to get the money via another website, not on booking com. They said the payment on booking com was only for deposit. Booking com customer service could not do anything about it. I lost my money, you dont lose

"Great location,very nice appartament complicated self check in, impossibility to talk with owner"

I didnt like the Selfie check in system and that it was impossibile to contact someone by phone . When I dialed the number there was automatic answer and never real person to pick up the phone so in case of emergency or something urgent tp talk with owner is impossibil. Also the Self check with scanning id was complicated as app they use for it is not working properly
