Je to ubytovanie presne podľa ceny, ktorá vyvažuje všetky negatíva.

Good little place. Very good location, private parking. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. As for a couple, it was great. Yes, those metal gates are a bit of trouble, but as I understood, they are getting fixed.

The house was very clean, comfortable and with excellent location - just next to the History Center of Brashov. The host was very kind and helpful. Recommended the place!

If you are looking for 5* hotel,this isn't for you,but if you wish to live the way many citizens of Brasov are living,you will enjoy.Very clean,you have everything you need even parking in the yard,tv,heating(in our case),nkitchen

In the bathroom there is not place for little things but you will mannage

Great value for money, very clean and cosy apartment on the ground floor and close to the old town and public transport. We appreciated the kindness and availability of the owner, Mr Ming! We received self-check in instructions but the owner also came immediately to help at check-in when we could not unlock the apartment door due to the cleaning lady locking it to the max. He showed us the amenities, how to change heating level and wanted to make sure we have everything we need. The furniture and flat screen TV are new. The bed is new with comfortable medium-firm mattress, the pillows are nice, one side softer, one side firmer. There is a large chest of drawers for clothes, bedside tables with drawers, a foldable table for dinner. Good heating (gas stove) and hot water, the room stayed warm at night. Good, efficient ventilator in the bathroom, for future guests - the button is on the wall above the toilet . The kitchen has all you need from stove top to cutlery and plates. The photos are from our last morning there. The yard is old-school but peaceful and the old lady from a balcony talking to herself was peaceful, we had no trouble with her at all. There is another young neighbour in the same yard who we only saw when he left for work, quiet as well. Local bus station right 1 min away and another big bus station+ taxi station 5-6 mins away. Very close to 2 parks, 10 mins walk to Piata Sfatului. The gate closes with some difficulty but the door to the apartment is sturdy and we have known the area for years as being very safe, even at night and early in the morning. Good and stable wifi, had no problem using it to respond remotely to a work emergency. Great TV with good subscriptions, my partner loved it. Also this property is accessible for people like us with limited mobility: no stairs, no difficult door steps. We felt safe and had a good time, we will gladly reserve again in the future.

We heard music Monday very late at night from the neighbours to the right- either from the non stop grocery shop (bored cashier? ) or from the house between the shop and Casa Ming - at 2 am and 4 am. There is a small puddle of water that forms close to the shower cabin even when the shower is not used (we wiped it with the mop available and it appeared again) We would suggest 1-2 extra anti-slip mats with little holes for ventilation/ water drainage, just in case to prevent guests slipping, until a plumbing solution is found. Although the ventilator is good (strong) it is possible some guests have not used it and just left the door open after showers so there is a tiny bit of a smell. A thing that was not a problem for us but is good to know to not be worried/ scared for nothing :) There was some brief rolling noise from a lateral upstairs direction as other guests mentioned in their reviews BUT we recognized it to be very likely a wheelchair! :) we understand other tourists may think of ghosts but it is not the case :) We recognized the type of noise and we would be the last to judge.

Very well located accommodation just few minutes walking from city center of Brașov. The room was very warm comfortable and had everything I needed . Also , communication with the owner , Mr. Ming was very straightforward and he was very kind with all our needs . I will choose this accommodation every time I will visit Brasov since is so well positioned and the owner is really nice . Thank you !!!!

Very very small. Everything is a little put together. Very old heating system. Bathroom tiny.
