Lage, großzügiges Grundstück,

Dass auf der Homepage das Haus als barrierefrei ausgewiesen ist, dies aber absolut nicht stimmt. Das EG ist nur über eine Stufe über die Terrassentüre zu erreichen, der Hauseingang ist nicht breit genug für einen Rollstuhl und der ganze Aufenthaltsbereich inklusive Küche im UG ist gar nicht zu erreichen, außer über eine Treppe oder über eine sehr abschüssige Wiese. Von diesem Aspekt aus, ist die Bezeichnung „barrierefrei“ ein Witz.
