CZHotel je nový a tedy vybavení zatím neopotřebované. Personál je snaživý.
Bohužel se nám nelíbilo téměř vše. Přestoze hotel je nový, tak jeho údržba/uklid je velmi nedostačující. Už první den, kdy jsme se ubytovali tak v koupelně byly špinavé vodovodní baterie, sprchový kout, na podlaze ležel chuchvalec cizích vlasů!! A takto se to opakovalo každý den našeho pobytu. Zaschlé kapky na sanitě nikdo neutřel, na bateriích je tak zřejmý vodní kámen, dokonce jeden den jsme našly na podlaze mokré ručníky, které jsme tam my nenechali!! Ručníku k bazénu jsme se za celý pobyt nedočkali. Snídaně jsou velmi chaotické, personál se opravdu snaží, ale bohužel i tak je výsledek, že na kafe čekáte 20 minut, na míchané vajíčka taky, co je úsměvné je napr ze jiny vyber vajíček ke snídani jsou na tvrdo - uvařené den předem a ráno vyndané z lednice, tzn úplně studené. Celkově hotelu chybí provozní řízení, někdo zkušený, kdo by zkontroloval čistou, dal řád personálu. Pak věříme, že má šanci být o úroveň lepší. Okolí také není žádná pecka, ale od této části Toskánska se více ani očekat nedá.
BEPrachtig uitzicht, zowel waar je zit om te eten als aan het zwembad. Hele propere kamers en een hele goede douche. Vriendelijk personeel die heel behulpzaam zijn. Ik las in andere reviews dat ze de weg naar het hotel niet goed vonden, wij vonden dit juist fantastisch aangezien je daardoor een prachtig uitzicht had. Ontbijt was niks op aan te merken.
Er was juist 1 iemand van het personeel die minder vriendelijk was dan de anderen. Leek nog jong en minder ervaring, hierdoor kwam hij niet altijd even vriendelijk over. Maar dit was echt enkel 1 persoon.
ITIdyllisch gelegene Unterkubft mitten in der Toskana - besser kann sie nicht liegen. Zimmer sind super, Frühstück gut und in der Umgebung alles erreichnar (Lucca, Pisa, Florent, Val D'Orcia).

FRThe property is spotless and the decoration is absolutely gorgeous. We loved the pool, the restaurant, the infrastructure and the view is stunning. Prices of the restaurant and drinks are super good as well.
CAAbsolutely beautiful setting. Food was excellent. So nice to walk along the vineyards in the early mornings. Pool was great. Staff were very accommodating and helpful.
Wish there were more hooks to hang towels in the room and a luggage rack would be great.
