GBBeds were comfy, and balcony was nice.
The height of the shower drencher head needs to be adjusted - it is simply too low. I am ~ 1.90m (6ft2) and the shower head came to my chin; I had to bend down to get my hair wet. Because it's not adjustable (it's a bar that comes out of the wall) I understand that there's a bit of work involved to move it, but if you do, the apartment would be perfect!

A longer walk to the centre than I had realised. A/C only in the main room, not the bedrooms.
GBMarco was a really lovely host. We did not meet him in person but he was brilliant at answering our questions via message and all the details we needed for self check in was perfect. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We used the sofa bed and both bedrooms, and all were comfortable. :-) The shower was luxurious too. We were able to park on the street outside and paid for this parking using the 'easypark' app so we didn't need to leave the building, we could just pay to park when we woke up from the comfort of our bed! The apartment is on the 4th floor but there was a lift to get our suitcases upstairs (it is very slow but gets you there eventually!). We were able to walk into the centre of Bologna in about 25-30 mins...
When we were in Bologna, they were experiencing a heat wave. The air conditioning was in the living area and the apartment was comfortable to come back to compared to outside, but it meant the bedrooms were a little warmer than the main eating / seating area. We recommended to Marco that an electric fan for the bedroom might be a good addition to the apartment for future guests. Of course if you don't visit in a heatwave then the apartment is perfect. :-)
ROThe apartment is located on a quiet street, in a neighborhood full of vegetation, 15 minutes walking distance from the city center. The access by car is very easy from the motorway. It is one of the best apartments I found during my travels. The beds were very comfortable, and all the items inside the apartment was of high quality.

It would be good to have a kettle in the kitchen. Perhaps a microwave too.
ROThe place is great, spacious and extremely clean. It is equipped with everything one needs for a stay (lots of towels, extra pillows and blankets, fully equipped kitchen). It is located right outside the old city (a 5 min. walk) which we actually liked because the area is very quiet and we slept great. Comfy beds, 2 terraces (on big, one small), cozy atmosphere. The host was very nice, recommended us a lot of good restaurants, events, and let us do a late check-out. The apartment is modern and also has a loooot of storage place, in case you are staying for longer than 3 nights (our case). The building is also clean and nice and has a new elevator, which helps, because the apartment is located on the last floor. All in all a great stay, even better than I thought it would be. I already recommended it to friends traveling to Bologna.
