Loft familial cosy

Location.

The description of the place is misleading. “Terrace view” does not necessarily mean climbing a long/sharp/dark flight of stairs to get to the place, many times a day in/out. The entrance to the loft is secured with a padlock only, from outside. How about from the inside? Felt very unsafe. No spare keys, we were 2 people which had to leave and come together at all times. We arrived late at night and the next day I reached out to Natalie to explain that I have a heart condition and the stairs present a big issue for me and we would have to leave. We offered to pay for one extra night penalty for her effort and trouble but asked for a refund for the 5 remaining nights. She did not agree. Before leaving the next day wanted to take a shower just to discover there in no hot water in the unit. Also the flow of the cold water in the kitchen was very light. No drinking water at all. The loft is a unit in a building with the other units under remodeling. There were tools and buckets on the stairs and hallways which gave a very unpleasant vibe. We were very disappointed and would not come back or recommend the place. As you can see we made another booking through your website and moved out. We would like our money to be refunded. One bed is too firm - the smaller bed

Maybe a wardrobe would help.

Excellent location. Not a steep climb to get to. Spacious, and has a kitchen with a coffee maker and refrigerator. Pedro the contact person speaks English and is friendly, available and helpful.

No hot water. Needs a deep clean. Beds/bedroom smells dusty. The king bed is comfortable, but the pillows and bedding are poor. The bathroom is downstairs from the bedroom, be careful at night.

I was texted by the local property manager Pedro. He met me to drop of the keys and I ran into him every other day as he was working on other units around. The locatoin was so close to everything and was very convinient to stay in.
