The staff were very welcoming, courteous and all round interested in you as the guest. The rooms were clean, comfortable, good quality. The shower was excellent and so too was the smell of the soaps, shower gels, shampoo and moisturiser provided.

No negatives but suggested improvements for property: - Safe was too small for iPad - hand towel in bathroom - alert guests to the fact that if they want to go to the beach, paid access to a beach club is required (20 USD San Francisco Beach Club was cheapest + taxi required 300 pesos in each direction)

beautiful facility and staff was exceptional :) Spotless, huge room with very comfortable bed! We LOVED it!

we had literally the only room in the place with NO view; well a view of a cement wall
