"Horrible"

Terrible service , staffs were rude as well. Despite asking several times for a kettle during winter , they did not bring us one !

Would never recommend this to anyone.

"Not a very good experience, place needs work."

The rooftop. The best aspect of the place is the location, however almost everything else was less than average.

The rooms had no windows ie not meet its name sake - hotel with temple view, the linen did not appear clean and there were no mattress covers, cockroaches seen in bathroom. Staff deserve some customer training.
