Cozy Nest

Didn't like the 2 flights of stairs to get to the room, lugging 2 x suitcases as my wife had leg troubles. We did ask for no stairs

The host was very nice and helpful. There was pretty much anything we needed in the flat. The best part was the location - very close to the town centre but not in the middle of it.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable

This place is wonderful! Great pre-trip communication as well as during our stay. Location is close to the city center as well as being reasonably close to the train stations, ports, funiculare, etc. (if you don't mind the walk). Very clean and spacious apartment. Great water pressure in the shower. The kitchen is well equipped having everything you could ever think of or use. Free use of bicycles (though we didn't have a chance to use them). Despite overlooking a busy street, the soundproofing makes you forget it is even there. If we ever find ourselves back in Como, we will definitely stay here again!

Sehr gut Lage direkt vor der Altstadt. Zum Ufer sind es 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut vom Badezimmer bis zu Küche. Vor allem die Küchenausstattung war exzellent. Sehr gut war auch die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin!

Es gibt leider nur zwei kleinere Fenster, weshalb nicht so viel Sonnenlicht hineinkommt. Dennoch fühlt mich sich in der Wohnung wohl. Am besten ist man sowieso in der Stadt unterwegs.

Good apartments with a great location near the city centre. The manager was very nice and helped with all questions. Very cool that we could use the bicycles for free.

We had a very nice stay in Como here. The facilities were very useful, with a full kitchen as well as a washing machine, umbrellas (which we sadly needed) and bikes! The lady was very helpful with ideas of where to visit and check in was done all online so was super easy. The location is really good, close to Como Borghi station and not far from the centre of Como. We had a really nice few days here.

It is perhaps a little cramped so you may not want to stay here for too long but for the price it is good and gives you everything you need. Also there is no peeler in the kitchen but maybe those aren't as much of a thing in Italy.
