Nice kitchens to prepare own meals. Very clean, warm and modern. Excellent Wi-fi and TV free of charge. Good bed! Near the bus stop to Brighton. Perfect fit with Gatwick trains.

It was meticulously clean and I had everything I needed for my stay.

The mattress on the bed was almost rock hard. I actually had a sore back when I woke up.

Sited in a quiet residential cul de sac. A good range of facilities for the self-caterer. Comfortable firm bed. All you could need for a no-fuss stay. Comprehensive instructions re access. Parking on site, albeit limited.
