It is situated in a place where there are few rooms for hire but it is close to my daughter's house so ideal. I was worried about shared facilities but everyone was civilised and thoughtful, keeping quieter than we would have found in most hotels. The kitchen, dining area and garden were a bonus we hadn't expected

Lack of terrestrial TV and no blinds for privacy for a ground floor bedroom. Parking was a bit restricted

The location was the main attraction, a quiet cul-de-sac close to bus stop for Hove. It was good to have use of a kitchen, and my room was good sized and clean, with a firm and comfortable mattress.

Parking was the main issue. I got lucky, finding the last available space on the street on arrival, and then moving to the only space at the property the following day, for the rest of my stay. Although the mattress and bedding were fine in themselves, the plastic(?) mattress protector under the sheet was so uncomfortable that I had to spread a towel over the sheet to get a decent night's sleep; trains passing at speed all night, about 40 metres away worried me less than, perhaps, they would some others.

Clean spacious room ideal for a one night stay, and luckily we got the one parking space available !

The area looks a bit run down but that is not a criticism of the accommodation itself.

Just a very clean comfortable place to stay. Was very good value, and just what I wanted.

Was unsure about the photo I’d, but it proved to be very straight forward
