UGI reached the place and according to the specs I thought it was a hotel. I reached the guest house on Monday 10th not sunday as expected and explained the reason that I missed my flight and expected a refund this was not done. Breakfast was not part of the usd100. I left the guest house on Friday not saturday as expected and i informed the in advance and expected a refund. They told me all this is for bookings.com to hadle. I am wondering whether I will get a refund of usd 200 from bookings.com
The AC was so bad, my toilet was not flashing properly, one of the windows was not locking. When I was taken to another room i got allergy and was not breating well.

ZWI liked the host ,Zothile, she was amazing. The hotel is close to the town, so it cut my shuttle costs. I loved the pool area; the loungers were satisfying for sun basking. They offered me a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday, great service
they should offer activities to make it a one stop shop, i had to get to town and get another company to book my lion walk.

ZWClose to all leisure activities. Reasonable priced. Staff very friendly. The manager prompt addressed all issues encountered. Breankfast superb.
Online advertising very deceiving. It should be very practical as decision to book place is based on that. Only to be disappointed on arrival but that is too late to change mind.... Bathroom window no handlea and made it difficulf to open and close the window. Bathroom water from the shower leaking to the room. Bunkbed in family room very unstable sqeaking the whole night, nuts and bolts very loose. No complete linen on the top bunkbed( only realised at night as one of my daughters was freezing cold). One of my special request was for the accomodation to be extra clean as had a 4month baby but on moving furniture around, it was very dirty, hairs on linen, ants on walls and under beds. The room could not lock from inside. Security very poor, had to open gate for self all the time, worse dangerous at night, security manning the gate never there worse at night and the french door of the accomodation left unlocked. This was very scary, dangerous and unacceptable especially as i had children.
