Casa Vaso

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Waschmaschine neu und leise. Nur eine Spülmaschine fehlt. Das Bad ist neu renoviert, die Veranda schön zum Sitzen und essen, sogar mit kleiner Bibliothek. Von dort aus hat man einen Blick bis zum Meer. Die Wohnung hat eine persönliche Note, man merkt, dass die Eigentümerin dort auch zeitweise wohnt. Mit Feuchtigkeit in den Räumen hatten wir keine Probleme, weil es die ganze Zeit trocken war und wir die Fenster immer offen hatten, wenn wir da waren. Die Lage ist ruhig in einer Ferienhaussiedlung mit vielen Reihenhäusern. Im Sommer ist es wahrscheinlich turbulent, Mitte September war es ruhig aber noch nicht einsam. Der Hausstrand an einer Lagune ist nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Er ist geschützt, ohne Wellengang, flach abfallend und ideal für Kinder und zum SUP und Kajak fahren. Es gibt Anbieter vor Ort. Die Gastgeberin ist zwar nicht vor Ort, meldet sich aber schriftlich und gibt sehr gute Veranstaltungstipps und Ideen für Aktivitäten. Vielen Dank Vanessa.😊 Direkt gegenüber liegt ein Poolclub mit Pizzeria als einzige fußläufige Futterquelle. Wir haben ihn nicht ausprobiert. Es gibt viele Parkplätze.

Die Bettgestelle im Keller sind leider in die Jahre gekommen, knarren furchtbar und sind für Erwachsene zu klein, nicht mal 190 cm lang und nur 90cm breit. Sie knarren beim Umdrehen laut und sind nur für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Das Bett im Master bedroom ist nur 140cm breit und war damit für uns zu schmal. Unsere Tochter hat sich gefreut. Schön wären etwas gemütlichere Sitzgelegenheiten. Es gibt zwar eine Couch im Wohnbereich und ein Kastenbett in der Veranda aber 2-3 Sesselchen wären schön, wenn man dort abends gemeinsam sitzen möchte. Die Klappstühle sind ziemlich hart. Man braucht für alles ein Auto. Keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel weil und breit, kein Supermarkt, nicht einmal ein Kiosk am Strand. Das hat uns nicht gestört, muss man aber wissen. Dass wir gemäß der Hausordnung die Wohnung genauso sauber hinterlassen sollten, wie wir sie übernommen hatten, also nicht nur besenrein, war eine Herausforderung, da wir früh aufbrechen mussten. Das sollte anders geregelt werden!

La casa muy cómoda, y la anfitriona nos dispuso de aceite, sal, detergente para la lavadora... muchas cosas que facilitan muchísimo la estancia. Super atenta, y te ayuda a contratar excursiones con descuentos.

Die Unterkunft war stark von Feuchtigkeit betroffen, insbesondere im Badezimmer und die untere Etage ein gravierendes risiko grade vor allem für Kinder. Der Geruch war mit das schlimmste. Sobald man die Haustür aufschließt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer war unbenutzbar (Keller) die Sauberkeit mangelhaft, mehrere Möbelstücke defekt. Steckdosen hängen aus der Wand. Insgesamt war der Zustand der Unterkunft nicht kindgerecht und keineswegs erholsam. Wir suchten nach einer Lösung, doch wurden immer nur vertröste und wir sollten uns selbst behelfen. Haben die Unterkunft er gemieden und waren viel unterwegs

Um dos quartos foi impossível deixar as minhas filhas a dormir, o cheiro de humidade era muito forte, mesmo com desumidificador e abrir as janelas não adiantou muito, tive que improvisar e fazer cama para elas no sofá, ao qual me deparo com bastante lixo em baixo dele. Tinha loiça nos armários muito suja, bastante pó pela casa. Precisei sair mais cedo e mesmo assim com a pressa ainda consegui deixar melhor ao momento do check in.

The Appartement was clean and big enough for 2 people. Had everything you need.

The terrace and the Master bedroom go out to the Front where a public parking lot is. Because of the opening of a Beachclub it was very loud, Music and people arriving and leaving by car until late at night. No Shops near by a car ist always needed.

El piso(casa adosada) esta muy bien ubicado, a unos 900m andando de una playa. Hay plazas de aparcamiento en frente de la casa. La zona es tranquila, en las casas de alrededor no había nadie así que no puedo opinar de ruido de los vecinos ... La cocina que esta junto con el salón, completamente equipada. También el salón, que tiene un comedor/salita con vistas(se ve un trozo del mar). Hay dos habitaciones, una con una cama de 140 y otra, situada debajo de la sala de estar con dos camas individuales. La habitación de dos camas no tiene puerta de entrada, pero tiene ventana aunque esta a -1. Se accede a ella bajando desde el salón/cocina por unas escaleras. Fuera, delante de la casa, en un pequeño jardín, se puede poner una mesa(que hay en el piso) donde se puede desayunar/comer/cenar. Por lo general contentos, hemos estado a gusto, como en casa, aunque hay cosas que se pueden mejorar. Recomendado 100%.

No nos gustaron las camas/colchones, muy incomodos. Dormir muchos días en estos colchones no se descansa muy bien. Recomiendo que cambien estos colchones para que todo sea perfecto ... . También las camas individuales hacen mucho ruido, crujen mucho. Otra cosa negativa es el calentador de agua(que esta en la cocina/salón) que hace mucho ruido, sobre todo se oye mucho en la habitación sin puerta, la de las camas individuales(donde han estado los niños).

Unfortunately, there was very little to like about this property. The severe odor/smell issues with the property made it completely unfit for guests. Additionally, liaising with the owner was extremely difficult, as responses were unhelpful and did not provide any actionable solutions to address the issues reported around the refund in time.

The property was unfit to accommodate guests due to a pervasive musty odor caused by excessive humidity. The smell was overwhelming and rendered the entire property uninhabitable. Upon arrival, it was evident that this issue was not new, as I found a humidity trap placed in one of the bedrooms, indicating a long-standing and unresolved problem. This odor permeated the entire property, making it completely unfit for a paid stay. I returned the keys within hours of collecting them on the same day and did not stay a single night in this property due to the bad odor. Additionally, I later discovered a review from another guest in December 2023 also complaining about the same odor and humidity issues, further confirming that this is an ongoing problem that has not been addressed. Despite daily messages to the property owner asking for a refund, the limited resolution and lack of cooperation provided have been frustrating. To date, I have not been refunded for this unacceptable experience. The property owner also attempted to charge me 2 euros per person for the tourist tax, even though the correct rate for December is 1 euro per person, and children are exempt. This attempt to overcharge further highlighted a lack of professionalism and transparency. I have attached pictures of the humidity trap found in the bedroom to provide additional evidence of the property's condition and support the statements made in this review.
