Die Lage war super und der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Strand grandios. Es stand uns ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung, was uns sehr gefreut hat, da dies anders in der Beschreibung stand. Die Schlüsselübergabe war super, aber schade dennoch, dass man mit niemandem persönlich sprechen konnte. Für Tipps in der Urlaubsregion ist es immer schön, eine Ansprache zu haben. Aber das Unpersönliche ist mittlerweile oft gängige Praxis, leider. Ein großer Pluspunkt war, dass wir zwei Bäder hatten. Spülmaschine war vorhanden und eine Kapselkaffeemaschine. Das Apartment war sehr modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Großer Kühl- und Gefrierschrank! Was auch toll war, war der Pool. Es handelte sich jedoch um einen eigenen Pool für die Ferienanlage, nicht für das Apartment. Das war missverständlich angegeben. Der Poolbereich war gepflegt, es standen Liegen da und der Ausblick auf das Meer war super! Die Entfernung zum (öffentlichen) Strandabschnitt ist perfekt. Kürzer geht fast nicht. Und der Strandabschnitt war sauber und gepflegt. Ein schönes Gesamtpaket, für jeden was dabei!

Ich persönlich finde immer schön, wenn eine Grundausstattung da ist z.B. an Geschirrspültabs, Salz, Küchenrolle u.s.w. Diesbezüglich war die Wohnung "blank". Aber es gab ein kleines Set mit einer Portion Spüli und einen Spüllappen u. Geschirrtuch. Der Wasserkocher war leider kaputt, aber das wird ja sicherlich behoben werden, kann passieren. Und er ist nicht überlebensnotwendig. Auch wäre toll, wenn man schon eine Spülmaschine hat, wenn auch die Ausstattung bzgl. Besteck aufgestockt würde. Bei 4 Personen kommt man mit 4 Messern eben nur ein Frühstück weit. Dafür aber direkt die Spülmaschine anmachen ist ja nicht wirklich effektiv. Teller waren mehrere vorhanden, aber Besteck und Tassen doch leider recht rar. Leider roch es aus dem großen Badezimmer nach Kanal. Dies wurde dem Vermieter gemeldet. Es ist unbekannt, ob es sich um ein generelles oder temporäres Problem handelte. Man durfte die Tür des Badezimmers nicht aufstehen lassen, der Geruch hat sich direkt in der ganzen Wohnung verteilt. Weiterhin fehlt es in der kompletten Apartment-Anlage an einer Außenbeleuchtung. Wir sind morgens früh im Dunkeln abgereist und mussten die Handy-Taschenlampe einsetzen. Der ein oder andere Bewegungsmelder wäre hilfreich. Generell sind dies kleinere Kritikpunkte, die der tollen Umgebung und dem Urlaub nicht geschadet haben und die abstellbar sind. Wohlgefühlt haben wir uns auf jeden Fall. :) Lieben Dank.

The view was lovely

Everything other than the view. The payment process was ridiculous, the apartment was dirty, had no amenities, smelled mouldy, empty bottles in the shower, the kettle and stovetop were broken, PowerPoints not working, no aircon in main living area, and the aircons in the bedrooms were extremely noisy.

O alojamento não estava limpo; O tapete da sala com extrema sujidade ( pedimos a sra. Amélia limpeza, mas foi somente passado um pano na cozinha); A casa de banho e douche precisavam de um atenção melhor! Casa de banho com forte odor de esgoto. Todas as Camas com fios de cabelos. Deveriam ao menos verificar antes da chegada do cliente se o alojamento está em condições.

Lovely spacious apartment with great views over the beach and short walk from the town centre. Pool was lovely, a very relaxing and peaceful environment!

Apartment had not been cleaned upon arrival, the host arranged for cleaners to come ASAP and everything was sorted within a few hours. There was no kettle on site, but the host provided one upon request. The balcony furniture could do with being updated to really enjoy time out there.

The location was good. It was close to the new town and has an ocean view.

It was dirty. Dusty floor and dirt in corners everywhere. One bathroom was tiny. Hard to take a shower or use the toilet. There was a lack of basic supplies. We were told that there was just enough bathroom tissues for the day of arrival and we needed to buy them for the rest two days of our stay. The hot water tank broke and we couldn’t take a shower for a day. The towels were so old and hard, and looked they were used for at least a few years. Another red flag was that they didn’t charge rent and fees through bookings.com. This was unusual. We had to go through their own payment system to pay. Plus, we were required to pay 200 euros security deposit that wasn’t returned until a few days after we checked out. The requirement for security deposit wasn’t even mentioned at the time we booked the facility. The worst part of the experience was that the property manager, Amelia, was rude and very bad in communicating with us the entire time of our stay. When we pointed out that she was asking us again for payments and our identification information we had already provided, she got upset and said she was managing many rental properties so of course she couldn’t keep up with every customer. I would avoid the host at all costs. It’s not worth the aggravations.

Perfect quiet location with amazing views out to the sea. The apartment was clean, modern and exceeded our expectations. Close to the beach but also a short up hill walk to the nearest supermarket and then on to the bars. Absolutely delighted with our choice.
